What currencies are your products available in and do you ship internationally?

All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars).

At the moment, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding internationally soon—stay tuned!

I just placed an order. When will it ship?
We are excited for you to receive your Guapissima pieces! All items are ready to ship and typically leave our studio within 1-3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be available within 24-48 hours. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days, please reach out to us at

What is the policy in the event I am not satisfied with a product?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your product is defective or damaged. You will have 14 days after contacting us to send your item back to us for a full refund. You are responsible for purchasing your label to mail the package back to us. Once we have received your product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Kindly include your name and order number on your returned parcel to ensure your refund is processed correctly and promptly.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You are eligible for free cancellation on any order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund—please refer to our return policy for more details.

Help! I have entered an incorrect address and the order is already placed.
No problem! If you have entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct mailing address. Kindly notify us at Guapissimajewelry@gmail.com if the original address entered is incorrect so we can promptly update it without any order delays. No refund will be given after 24 hours of an incorrect address submission if we haven’t been notified.
